CapeTalk’s Pippa Hudson has picked up on a trend that is embraced by bartenders in Europe and the US – Rooibos cocktails.

She then decided to put the trend to the test and find out more about the tea itself and hear how it can be used in cocktails and mocktails.

Food consultant and cookbook author Heleen Meyer mixed the cocktails for CapeTalk Listeners to taste.
